Job Title: Contract Coordinator (Employment Training Panel (ETP) for Avanti Hospitals

 

Job Summary:

 

Performs under the  direction of the Education Department and or Administration,  responsible for the coordination of Avanti’s Employment Training Panel Grants for all four Avanti hospitals; Coast Plaza Hospital, Community Hospital of Huntington Park, East Los Angeles Doctors Hospital, and Memorial Hospital of Gardena. The Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the program, interfacing with the ETP representatives, educational vendors, ensures adherence to the ETP policies and procedures, inputting data and overseeing the grant writing process.

 

 Essential Job Duties: 

 

  • Enters and maintains enrollment records on-line via ETP secured website.

  • Coordinates, with education departments, all activities related to the ETP grants, including but not limited to participating in monitoring visits with grant analyst and ensuring required paperwork is accurately completed.

  • Collaborates with education and educational vendors to maintain scheduling of classes and classroom for each Avanti facility

  • Prepares monthly reports to each facility’s educator to monitor monthly grant usage progression

  • Oversees grant writing process

  • Serves as a role model for the mission, vision and values of the organization and fulfills other job duties as requested within scope of practice

Job Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • High school graduate

  • Minimum 1 year general office experience preferred

  •  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite , Excel

Licensure/Certifications:

ADA/Physical Demands:
